is Auto Hole Puncher really works?

I keep seeing this auto hole puncher pop up everywhere! You just push down, and the tool apparently twists and cuts the holes super easily (there's a demo video on the listing)
It sounds like a great idea! Has anyone actually bought one of these things? Is it worth the money, or is it just a gimmick?

I've seen that video too, but when I read the feedback. It shows that it will only work on thinner leather or craft materials but doesn't really work on thicker ones. If I were to choose, I would definitely go with the classic tools.

yeah, I bought one of these, it does work for thin leather but is not good for the thicker ones. @purple bean is right, use the classic tolls, they're better

I always use the revolving punch pliers, never use something else. it's effective and pretty easy to use

Depends on how heavy your work is. The brass mechanisms usually wears down if you have heavy work but if it's just small projects using thin leather, it should good.
