I have been following the work of Peter Nitz and Chester Mox lately and the level of detail they achieve is just incredible. Their pieces go beyond simple utility and look more like fine art or sculpture. I am looking for other masters who focus on this same kind of extreme refinement and hand stitched precision. It is inspiring to see how a simple piece of leather can be elevated through perfect edge painting and delicate saddle stitching. I want to find more brands or independent makers who prioritize traditional techniques and a very clean aesthetic. Are there other artisans who offer that same blend of luxury and technical mastery?

Look into artisans like Sang Bleu, Mila Jito, or Stevenw Leather who are often praised for their high level of finishing.

Check out the work of Béatrice Amblard at April in Paris since she mentored some of the top names in the industry.

Follow the portfolios of former Hermès artisans who have started their own independent labels for that classic French style.
