Hand Stitching vs Machine which one sells better?

I've been hand stitching all my leather projects, and once I get going, it's pretty fast! Still, I know a machine would be way quicker overall.
for the community, especially the customer, is a product being hand stitched a huge selling point, or do most people not even notice or care which method was used?

Some people prefer hand stitching because it shows skill. However, most customers don't care what is important for them is the quality, cost and how long it lasts.

Still depends on your customers preference.

if the goal is to get higher sales, affordability, and wide market reach, machine stitching is the method you need.
based on my experience, customer wouldn't care if it's hand stitched or machine, as long as the quality is great, and they like the design, they will buy it

That's going to depend on your market demographic. IF the buyer just wants the piece to look good and not come apart, then you probably shouldn't waste your time on that customer, and machine it. IF the person is looking for a one-of-a-kind, custom piece, a reproduction from an era before machine stitching..., you need to break out your hand tools.

You need to get a cell phone with a good camera, and might need to use a cellular phone where they built the phone around the camera, to be able to capture close up images of your craftsmanship, then post those image for sale. ETSY, eBay, Facebook Market Place are what I'd look at using.

You also need to to attend shows, and be sure to have lots of business cards. Your demographic may include people who don't like to buy unless they actually handle the item, so you need to go where the "target rich environment" exists, and allow them to handle your stuff.
