Since I'm new here, I thought I would post my latest bag. I've been taking a break from stitching leather do to do outdoor things. This is a 7 panel double bag. I've done 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 panels but not 7. Seven being a complete number in the Bible and I like seeing a panel in the middle. This pouch is 8 7/8" X 8" with a cowhide body, calf skin rolled edging and welts. The flap is lined with pig skin. I had some horse hide that I wanted to use, so I incorporated it as the wider shoulder section of the strap.

Very nice work Sir. I especially like the stiffener across the top. I too, have a double pouch bag, that I love, but the 3-4oz leather it's made from sags across the top. It's not a terrible problem, but you have seemed to solve that.
