The Wizard of Oz of course. And then the new spin off.. The Wicked Years by Gregory Maguire. I read the books years ago even before it was adapted in Broadway and I'm glad it became more popular because of the movie.

Currently re-reading 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. For fans of westerns, I would recommend Terry C. Johnston, and especially his Titus Bass series.

I remember seeing the movie but not what happened in the movie.

A "sea monster" has been sinking ships across the world. A ship is sent from America to hunt it. After they find it, the story really takes off.

I'm starting Wolf Hall by Hillary Mantel this week. Recommended by a bookworm friend. Crossing my fingers but I read this is good.
