Local leather tools in the KW Area

I'm ready to buy some good leather crafting tools like a 4 pronged sewing punch and a round hole punch and I want to find a local shop in my area instead of ordering from big online places like Amazon or chain stores like Michaels. I really prefer to see the tools in person before buying them and I would much rather support a smaller, specialized business that actually knows leatherwork.

Does anyone know of a specific supply store or even a good shop that does leather repair that might sell quality tools like these and what are some most recommended essential starter tools that people in the community?

have you tried checking with your local cobblers or upholstery repair shops?

I think the Tandy Leather locations in San Bruno or Union City are must visit stores/factories for beginners.
it's a chain, and the local managers are usually very experienced crafters
you can walk in, grab a 4pronged sewing punch, and they’ll usually let you test it on a scrap piece of leather right there at the counter
I always ended up buying tons of things whenever I went there, not a good experience for my wallet lol
