Stamp Leather Co?

PINKING OR SCALLOPING PUNCHES.webp

Until just now I thought they were no longer made. They do very well decorating a fancy shooting bag, and they were also used for dress shoe borders

The antique ones run about a C-note, IF you can find one at an antique shop. Some folks get lucky and the shop doesn't know what they are and they go for a lot less.

It appears this company is making them again.

So as of right now the tool has been sitting at the company in "preshipping" status since the 26th. A USPS label is created, it has a legit postal service tracking number, but it hasn't been given to USPS yet....

Not impressed at the moment

Did you ever get the tool?
Sorry. Yes I did. It took a long time to even got out of the company's shipping department and then out of Fla.
I have not gotten to use it or even test it. The flooded basement project has everything in shambles, no spot to work, and nothing is where it is supposed to be. Most "free" time has been spent moving stuff out of the basement into the garage or a storage pod and working on the damage for the last month.

Initial impression is good, but that I jumped the gun and didn't think things through and acted too soon.
They had 3 sizes listed, but only the smallest immediately available,,, I didn't think to consult a measuring device to determine size.... This thing is tiny.

It is also not easy to get a good picture of the cutting edge. 😄😄😄

Sorry to hear about the basement. That’s probably a bit of a pain.
Yes it does look small, would be good for small projects, I.e. flint wallet, ball pouch.
