Easy DIY watch strap template for leather

Hey guys, I'm thinking of making a simple watch strap out of leather. My old Emporio Armani watch's strap got torn and I wanted to replace it. Anyone here with a template?

Do you still have the old strap? I used to have an old leather watch with a unique leather cut, so I just used it as a pattern. You should do the same because the part where the watch connects needs to be exact.

You might want to check Pinterest for patterns. I don't think you can easily get a pattern from this brand.

I no longer have the old strap. Thanks @gagahun73r$! I was able to look for patterns online and I guess I have to manually measure it.

Can someone share some tips on maintaining the leather?
